eSIM & SIM

Hi,

I have ordered a new SIM card. After placing the order, I received an email with eSIM registration steps and other details. However, I noticed that the phone which will use this number is not compatible with the eSIM function. How can I check if a physical SIM will be delivered, or do I need to request a physical SIM separately?

Hi @TomLibe

Thank you for getting in touch with us. I’m sorry to hear that your phone is not compatible with eSIM.

Please note that you will need to request a physical SIM to be sent to your home address, which will take approximately 2–3 working days for delivery. Alternatively, you can visit any Currys store to collect a SIM free of charge; please ensure you bring a valid form of identification with you.

Thank you,

Zandile
