Hi I am having trouble with my eSIM as O2 is still connected to my phone and my eSIM with ID Mobile isn’t working properly could I please have a physical sim sent to my address please

If you'd like to arrange a replacement physical SIM, please contact us via Live Chat or send us a Direct Message (DM) through our official Facebook or Instagram pages. Our team can complete the necessary security checks and assist you with arranging the replacement SIM.
Alternatively, you can visit your nearest Currys store and obtain a replacement SIM free of charge. Once you have the replacement SIM, we'll be able to assist with activating it for your existing iD Mobile number.
