Esim will not install, how do i get a replacement?

Hi

 

I have an iphone 12 running IOS 17.5.1 i have switched from a sim with vodagone to an esim with ID mobile.

 

  • I tried installing the esim via the qr code, it would not install, i tried again and it says the qr code is no longer valid
  • I tried to register with the mobile app to download a new esim, it wants to send a code to my phone to activate the app, which i obviously cant receive as i have so sim on the phone
  • I tried to install the esim via the manual settings in the original mail and it says it cannot be installed, contact my provider

Can someone advise what i do to download/install a new esim?
