esimnissue

I ordered a physical SIM as my esim isn't working . I don't either as my phone won't work unless in WiFi. Please advise as say I have enough data. Says I am connect  ID mobile but then nothing happens also if I try to call anyone is ask me everytime to choose a network when my setting says choose the best available automatically..please advise. Getting fed uom with it now..

    I need a replacement esim but can seem to get one and desperate now as phone won't work if I leave my wifi
