How I can get help when existing mobile number must log to ID. Its 2 days gap between old contract ends and transfer to ID starts.

I understand your concern regarding the gap between your old contract ending and your number transfer to iD Mobile completing.

During the porting process, it is normal for there to sometimes be a temporary interruption to services while the number transfer is being completed. This can occasionally take up to 1–2 working days depending on the network transfer process.

If you are unable to log in because your number transfer has not yet completed, please do not worry. Once the port has fully completed and your iD Mobile services become active, you should then be able to register and access your online account normally.
