Can I move an existing number to this contract if I get a PAC code for my other number?

    Hi ​@Carl855539,

     

    You can absolutely use a PAC code to move your number over to iD Mobile from another network provider, that process is fully supported and usually completes within one working day once submitted.

     

    However, it’s worth noting that iD Mobile doesn’t support iD to iD number transfers. So if the number you’re looking to move is already with iD Mobile, it wouldn’t be possible to transfer it directly onto another iD plan using a PAC code.

     

    If you are moving from a different network, you can simply request your PAC from your current provider and submit it through your iD account, and everything should go smoothly from there.
