I had a new Samsung a17 5 day ago, and pac etc to transfer from my old Samsung on an EE out of date contact has still not gone through. I only have a new number presumably from the new id sim. My old phone is still active on the Ee line. My online account says “pending switch request”. It’s taking much longer than the 24 hours! What can I do?
