failed transfer of my number from ee after 5 days

I had a new Samsung a17 5 day ago, and pac etc to transfer from my old Samsung on an EE out of date contact has still not gone through. I only have a new number presumably from the new id sim. My old phone is still active on the Ee line. My online account says “pending switch request”. It’s taking much longer than the 24 hours! What can I do?

I’m so sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with your number transfer. If the transfer request was submitted around the Christmas period, please note that these requests are processed on working days, so your transfer may only complete in this week.

Yes, please take a deeper look as the code should have activated on 24th, as changeover requested on 23rd, 11 am. Do uou need my pac code..?
