faulty charger new s26

Hello

I am currently using the new phone but the charging cable is not working properly for quite a few days . It starts with fast charging and within a second switches to really slow charging. Charger and phone both are new, this is very annoying.

Is there any way to exchange the new charging cable?

Please help me sort it out it is taking ages to charge my phone.

If the phone was purchased within the last 12 months, we recommend visiting your nearest Currys store so the team can inspect the cable for you. If a replacement is required, their technical team will be able to assist further and advise on the next steps.

Hello I got my phone yesterday and the charger cable isn't working properly my phone was on charge for over 3 hours and it hardly charged my husband tried his honor phone charger over night and it only charged 30 %

As you've already tried a different charger and are still experiencing slow charging, we'd recommend contacting the device manufacturer directly for further support. They'll be able to troubleshoot the issue and advise whether the charger, cable, or handset may be faulty and covered under warranty.

I used my husband honor charger and it charged perfectly it's just the one I received with my phone isn't working
