Thanks for reaching out. If you need a new eSIM, you can request one directly through the iD Mobile App. If you prefer, you can also visit a Currys store to get a physical SIM immediately.
Alternatively, we can send a SIM to you by post  delivery usually takes 2 working days via Royal Mail.

I’m really sorry to hear you haven’t received your eSIM number yet. I understand how frustrating that must be, especially when you're trying to set up your account.
To get your eSIM sent out without needing to activate it first, please contact us directly.
