getting my old number

Hi I used to have a number with yourself through my mum's account before she passed away {REMOVED} im looking to see how I get a sim card with the number on it ao I can access some of my accounts like my PlayStation

Firstly, I'm very sorry to hear about the loss of your mum. Please accept my condolences.

With regard to the mobile number, you're welcome to take out a new iD Mobile contract or SIM plan. However, if the old number was disconnected and wasn't transferred to another network provider before the account closed, unfortunately there wouldn't be a way to retrieve or reactivate that specific number.

If the account is still active or was only recently closed, we'd recommend contacting our Live Chat team to see if they can check the status of the number and advise whether any options are available.
