Hi, I’ve ordered a new phone from Your will I be able to change the delivery address? As probs wont be at home

I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your delivery address.

If the order has already been approved and processed, it may not be possible to change the delivery address. However, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Service Team as soon as possible to see whether the address can still be updated.

If the address can't be changed, the team can advise whether the order can be cancelled so that you can place a new order using the correct delivery address.
