had to factory reset phone now cant redownload my esim

Hi,  I had to factory reset my phone.  I now need to download my eSIM again but the original QR code won’t work.  Do I need a new one or how do I relink the sim to my phone?  Thasnk

    As the original eSIM QR code can only be used once, you’ll need to get a new one issued. Please contact us directly via Live Chat https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat so we can look into this for you and generate a new eSIM.

     

    Alternatively, if you prefer, you can pick up a replacement physical SIM free of charge from your nearest Currys store.

     

    We’ll be happy to help get you reconnected as quickly as possible.
