Has anyone had issues when making calls where you get a message saying "This number is not recognised, please try again" ? Has anyone else experienced the same issues?

Has anyone had issues when making calls where you get a message saying "This number is not recognised, please try again" ? I have had this a few times and its affecting more of the numbers I normally call.

It works fine calling the same numbers on whatsapp or from another phone. Does anyone know of any solutions or is or has experienced the same issues?

    Also, which phone numbers are you having issues with, is it business numbers/landlines or mobile numbers?
