has my plan changed to sim on

I have set up a sim only plan. Do I need to use the sim which you sent me or do I continue with the sim I already have in my phone ?

Hi @Thesummers

Thanks so much for bringing this to our attention. If you did an upgrade or changed your plan, you can continue using your current sim card, however if you took out a new plan or this is your first iD sim card, you would need to use the one we sent you.
