Have a pac code to carry old number over how do I do it

You can transfer your number to iD Mobile using your PAC code either during setup or after your SIM is active.
To do it via the iD Mobile app:
- Open the iD Mobile app
- Go to Account / Plan
- Select Keep or transfer your number
- Choose PAC code
- Enter your PAC code and confirm the details
Once submitted, your number transfer will usually complete within 1 working day.
