help i seem to have lost my number from my sim

Hi

I used an esim whilst abroad. I have now reverted back to my normal sim and I cant make calls or texts. My number does not appear on my sim in the settings

I'm sorry to hear you're unable to make calls or send texts after switching back from an eSIM to your physical SIM.

As a first step, please try restarting your phone and ensure that your physical iD Mobile SIM is selected as the default line for calls, texts, and mobile data within your device settings. If your number is not appearing in the SIM settings, try removing and reinserting the SIM card to ensure it is seated correctly.

If the issue persists, it may be that the eSIM is still active on the account or that the physical SIM needs to be reactivated. Please send us a private message via our socials (Facebook or Instagram)
