I’ve been with Idmobile for 2 weeks and decided to leave as I was having issues within the cooling off period. They disconnected my number so can’t receive my PAC by text. They say they have sent it by email but it hasn’t arrived. I have been on line to them at least 10 hours now it’s so frustrating what can I do? I have filed a complaint but I seem to be going around in circles !
HELP ive asked for a PAC but idmobile are not supplying it
