HELP ive asked for a PAC but idmobile are not supplying it

I’ve been with Idmobile for 2 weeks and decided to leave as I was having issues within the cooling off period. They disconnected my number so can’t receive my PAC by text. They say they have sent it by email but it hasn’t arrived. I have been on line to them at least 10 hours now it’s so frustrating what can I do? I have filed a complaint but I seem to be going around in circles !

I’m really sorry to hear how frustrating this has been, especially after spending so much time trying to resolve it.
Since your number has already been disconnected, you won’t be able to receive your PAC by text. If it hasn’t arrived by email, I recommend checking your spam/junk folder just in case. I understand you’ve already filed a complaint, Please get in touch via our Socials (Facebook or Instagram), Live Chat, Community or you can email us at socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk and outline the details of your query, we would love the opportunity to put things right.
