Hey guys...I had to return my first mobile as it was faulty on the phone I had ported over my old number..I got a new phone thru ID but now they will not port over the number as they don't accept PAC codes from Id to Id...is there any way to do this...thanks Jez

    Kindly be advised that we are unable to transfer numbers from one iD Mobile account to another, as the number may be lost during the process.

    Since the phone has been returned and you already have the PAC code, the best solution is a “triangle port”.

    This involves:

    Transferring your number from iD Mobile to another provider (for example, Three on a Pay As You Go SIM)
    Once the number has successfully transferred, requesting a PAC from that provider
    Using that PAC to move the number back to iD Mobile on the new account
