help turning off voicemail!!!!

If you've already turned voicemail off in the app and tried the dial codes but it's still active, please try the following on your iPhone 16:

1. Restart your phone.
2. Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then turn it off.
3. Go to Settings > Phone > Live Voicemail and make sure Live Voicemail is turned off, if the option is available.
4. Dial ##002# and press the call button. This will cancel any call diverts on the device.
5. Restart the phone again and test by calling your number from another phone.

If calls are still diverting to voicemail after trying the above, you'll need to contact our Live Chat team so they can check whether voicemail has been fully removed from the account: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat
