If you want to keep your original number when moving from Three to iD Mobile, the first step is to request a PAC code from Three and then submit that to iD Mobile to transfer your number across.

Once the PAC request has been submitted and completed, your temporary iD Mobile number should be replaced with your original number.

If you’ve already done this and the old number still hasn’t appeared, please try the following:

• Restart your phone
• Turn Airplane Mode ON for 30 seconds, then OFF
• Remove and reinsert the iD SIM
• Check that mobile network selection is set to Automatic
• Try sending a text or making a call to see which number displays
• If possible, test the SIM in another device

If the number is still not showing correctly after trying the above, please contact Live Chat so they can check the number transfer status and make sure everything completed successfully.
