hi getting a phone that needs esim when i have a sim card and a account how do i do it

Hi need a eSIM when I have a SIM card already have a account

    Hi ​@Lionel,

     

    If you're moving from a physical SIM to an eSIM, you can request one through the iD Mobile app if the option is available on your account:

    1. Open the iD Mobile app and sign in.
    2. Go to Account.
    3. Look for the option to swap or replace your SIM and select eSIM.
    4. Follow the on-screen instructions to download and activate the eSIM on your new device.

     

    If you can't see the option in the app, please contact our Live Chat team and they'll be able to arrange an eSIM for you and guide you through the activation process: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

     

    Once the eSIM is activated, your physical SIM will stop working, as only one SIM can be active on the number at a time.
