Hi @William moore,

If your current iD Mobile SIM is a physical SIM and your new handset uses the same SIM size, you can simply:

Switch off your old phone.
Remove the SIM card from your old handset.
Insert it into your new handset.
Switch the new phone on and allow it a few minutes to connect to the network.

Your existing number and plan will remain on the SIM.

If you’re currently using an eSIM, you won’t be able to simply transfer the existing eSIM to the new handset. You’ll need to request a replacement eSIM through the iD Mobile app.
