Question

Hi, I'm trying to transfer my eSIM to my new Samsung phone, but I get the message "Plan already in use". Please issue a replacement eSIM for my existing number so I can use it on my new phone. Thank you.

    Hi @Norvaida,

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble transferring your eSIM to your new Samsung phone.

The message "Plan already in use" usually means the eSIM is still active on another device. To move it to your new phone, you'll need a replacement eSIM.

Please contact our Live Chat team, and they'll be able to issue a new eSIM for your existing number and guide you through the activation process.
