We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused, and I understand how frustrating this must be.

Please note that we’re unable to transfer an existing eSIM to another. In this case, you will need to generate a new eSIM.

You can do this easily through the iD Mobile app by following these steps:

Log in to the iD Mobile App or My Account online
Tap on the “Plan” section
Scroll down and select “SIM & Phone Management”
Choose “Request a replacement SIM or eSIM”
Select “Get a replacement eSIM”
Confirm your email address
Select “Yes, I want a new eSIM” to complete the request

Why are you not understanding what i am saying

it doesnt work as i have not got my old phone and i cant confirmation code to validate the esim

To help resolve this, please contact us directly via Live Chat so we can assist you properly and get this sorted for you.

 

In this situation, we can generate a new eSIM for you. However, as you’re unable to receive the verification code, we’ll need to complete an identity check. This will require you to upload a clear photo of yourself holding a valid form of ID (passport or driving licence).

Once we have this completed, we’ll be able to get your eSIM set up for you.
