    Hi ​@Aimee grossman,

     

    In most cases it is possible to block calls from No Caller ID or private numbers, but the steps will depend on your handset.

     

    If you're using an iPhone, you can enable the "Silence Unknown Callers" feature within your phone settings. If you're using an Android device, many models include an option to block private or unknown numbers within the Phone app settings.
