How do I change from my iD physical sim to an ID esim

My question is in the Title

My phone is not lost or stolen so how do I achieve this please?

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

Kindly note that you can send us a private message on our socials (Facebook or Instagram) to request an eSim or you can request via iD Mobile app using the following steps:

Requesting the eSIM

Open the iD Mobile app on your phone.
Tap on "Plan" from the main menu.
Scroll down and tap on "Your SIM/eSIM" or "SIM & phone management".
Tap "Request a replacement SIM or eSIM".
Select "Get a replacement eSIM".
Check that your email address is correct and tap "Continue".
Choose "Yes, I want a new eSIM" to finish the request
