To keep your existing number, you'll need to submit your PAC code through your iD Mobile account or the iD Mobile app by following these steps:

1. Log in to your iD Mobile account or open the iD Mobile app and sign in.
2. Navigate to My Account or Services and select Switch to iD or Keep my number.
3. Enter the following details:
   • Your 9-digit PAC code
   • The mobile number you want to keep
   • Your temporary iD Mobile number
   • Your transaction number (found in your Order Complete email or on your invoice)
4. Choose your preferred transfer date using the calendar provided.
5. Submit the request and wait for confirmation.

Once the transfer is completed, your existing number will replace your temporary iD Mobile number.
