Yesterday i bought a second plan as an esim.
After I scanned the QR code, the phone very briefly flashed an Error message. Something like “Esim not installed”. (i am not sure of exact wording). E sim is not on phone.
If i try the qr code again: I am informed that it has already been used.
if i type the manual code: I am informed that it has already been used.
If try to get a new esim QR code via the web/app i need to link my new plan.
to link plan i need to give number. this number is then sent confirmation code via sms.
I cannot confirm because i do not have esim installed!
How do i get a new Esim qr code when first attempted install has failed?
