how do i speak to customer services?

Hi Folks, 

I’m new here so sorry if there is an obvious answer. 
 

I have 3 eSIMs for my children. Two of the sim numbers have switched data with each other so it’s showing that the number 2345 has 50g and the other number 6789 has 100g, where in fact it’s the other way around. How do I swap this please? I would try to contact customer services but I cannot seem to find their number.

We're sorry to hear about the confusion with the data allowances.

 

Just to help us understand what's happened, have any number transfers recently been completed on either of the eSIMs? Please don't post any personal or account information, just let us know if a transfer has taken place.

 

Once we know a little more, we'll be happy to advise on the next steps.
