I have a new phone, still my same number, but need to update the IMEI number against my ID Documents. Please help.

Ps., I’m also in Indonesia, and I do not have my phone as it was stolen. I’ve also emailed yourdocuments@idmobile.co.ukteam requesting information last week, and nobody has replied. My phone insurance company require documents proving my IMEI number is attached to my mobile number and belongs to me, and that I have been using it.
