How do I get the PIN2 / FDN PIN on my SIM so I can enable Fixed Dialling Numbers

    Best answer by Lamiya C

    Hi @Alibobz ,

The PIN2 (FDN PIN) is a security code stored on your SIM and is required to enable Fixed Dialling Numbers (FDN). For iD Mobile SIMs, this code isn’t visible in the app and needs to be requested.

Please contact our Customer Services team so they can verify your account and provide the PIN2 code securely. You can reach them via live chat or by calling customer support.

Once you have the PIN2, you’ll be able to enable Fixed Dialling Numbers directly through your phone settings.
