    Hi @Camdoo,

    Thank you for your message.

Our system does not currently support the direct internal transfer or "swapping" of mobile numbers between two active iD Mobile accounts or SIM cards.

However, you can easily keep your old number on your current plan by completing a quick process known as a "triangle port."

To do this, please follow the steps below:

    1. Request a PAC from the old number: Insert your old SIM card into a handset and text PAC to 65075. This code is free and valid for 30 days.
    2. Move to a temporary network: Pick up a free Pay-As-You-Go SIM from any other provider (such as EE, Vodafone, or O2) and submit your PAC to them to temporarily host your old number.
    3. Request a new PAC: Once your old number switches over to the temporary SIM, text PAC to 65075 from that temporary phone.
    4. Submit the code to your active iD account: Log into your iD Mobile App or online account page for your current plan. Navigate to the 'Switch to iD' section and enter the new PAC code.

Please confirm if this answers your question.

    Thanks,
