How to retrieve old voicemail messages

I have voicemail set up. I received some messages in my voicemail in Oct and Nov 2025. These were automatically deleted over time. How do I get these messages back? Thanks

Unfortunately, you cannot retrieve deleted voicemails.

Thank you for your help. How long are the messages saved for then? I heard the messages on my voicemail and saved them, but then they disappeared. I assume automatically deleted. But where do these messages go? I haven't deleted them? Do I have to keep saving them after a few days each time?

Hi @Franca

On iD Mobile, unlistened voicemails are kept for about 22 days, after which they get deleted, while listened-to messages are generally stored longer, often around 30 days, but you must actively save them or download them via an app to keep them permanently, as they'll eventually expire and disappear from the network's servers.
