Hi, I have started a SIM only plan. I have not yet received the SIM card however, there was nothing at the checkout to organise a switch of my current number to the new ID mobile SIM. I have looked up how to switch, however, am unable to log in to the app as it asks for an ID mobil and so cannot switch via this. Is there another way or do I wait to receive me SIM?
