How to take phone off blacklist

I lost my phone but managed to retrieve it after someone found it. ID blocked my sim and blacklisted the handset when I reported it lost. I’ve had three live chats with customer support where they assure me the handset is off the blacklist and to restart my phone in an hour. It is still blacklisted more than 48 hours after requesting to unblock it. How do I get this dealt with?

Thank you for getting in touch. 

We are very sorry to hear you are still unable to use the handset. 

A request to lift the blacklist would usually got through out tech support team which can take 3-5 working days. 

With this being the case, have you had any updates since you last posted to us?

Hi Natalie, that’s useful information as every interaction I have had with the live chat and also with the complaints chat has stated that the handset would be ready to use in one hour! It now seems that some of the agents might have been unblocking the wrong imei. As of right now, when I use a free online imei check, the handset still appears blacklisted. When I am at home on wifi my phone shows connected to “iD Wifi Call” and I receive txts and calls. When I am off wifi the phone shows “No signal”.
