    Hi @Nilsatis,

This is a feature which can be amended either through Google itself, your phone settings, or your iD Mobile account, but this is only for your mobile data connection. If SafeSearch is being enforced through your WiFi provider, you’ll need to contact them directly as they manage the settings on their own network.

If you’re changing it on your device or iD Mobile account, here are the steps:

    1. Google SafeSearch settings

    1. Go to https://www.google.com/safesearch
    2. Turn SafeSearch filter OFF
    3. Make sure you’re signed into the correct Google account if applicable

    2. iPhone (device settings)

    1. Open Settings
    2. Tap Screen Time
    3. Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions
    4. Go to Content Restrictions
    5. Tap Web Content
    6. Select Unrestricted Access

    3. Android (device settings)

    1. Open the Google app
    2. Tap your profile icon → Settings
    3. Tap Hide explicit results
    4. Turn SafeSearch off

(Alternatively, you can also adjust this via Chrome settings if you use the Chrome browser.)

    4. iD Mobile account (mobile data filtering)

    1. Log in to your iD Mobile account
    2. Go to Settings / Account settings
    3. Check Content controls / filters
    4. Adjust SafeSearch or content filtering options as required

If SafeSearch is still locked after this, it’s likely being controlled at WiFi router level or by the WiFi provider, and they’ll need to make the change from their side.

    Regards,
