How to Unlock my old phone

​@MyUsername  Hello when you say unlock are you referring to the phone lock which you would.of set-up at some point or the phone's network lock to use any network sim card?

Joe , I got a new phone from Apple and moved my contract to that so the old apple phone i am planning to sell needs unlocking

Kindly note that we don’t network lock any of our devices at iD Mobile, so your old phone is already unlocked and can be used on any network. That means you’re all set to go ahead and sell it without needing to request an unlock.

HI Gemma, Thanks for getting back to me . How do I know my old phone is unlocked - is there a way to check? Also, How to wipe the phone back to factory settings please before i sell it ? Thanks
