i accidentally turned off my sim and want a esim

Hey,

 

I have was messing about with mobile SIM settings and I turned off my SIM and can't get turned back on, tried all the solution I could find to fix none of them worked.

I tried activating a esim through the app but it's needs a code from my mobile number but can't receive messages as no signal as SIM is off now.

 

Can you send me a esim to my email { REMOVED }
