i am having issies with my phone.

My phones stylus broke in my phone, its in half. The phone also will not recognise my thumbprint. For anything I have reprogramed it, I have done a factory reset. It worked for about 1 second and stopped again, and there are other glitchy problems with the phone. Itself.

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with your handset. I understand how frustrating this must be, especially as you've already tried reprogramming the device and completing a factory reset.

As the stylus has physically broken inside the phone, the fingerprint sensor isn't recognising your thumb, and you're also experiencing other glitches, this appears to require a hardware assessment.

We'd recommend taking the handset to your nearest Currys store so that their technical team can inspect the device and determine the cause of the issues. They'll be able to advise whether the handset requires a repair or whether any other action is appropriate.

As you've already completed a factory reset and the problems have returned, there's unlikely to be any further software troubleshooting we can recommend at this stage.
