My contract ended on the 11/12/2025 and i applied for Sim only but i went through the wrong id mobile staff members who were helping me but they tried to scam but they failed, i then went to Kingston Park Carry’s in Newcastle I told them my problem they rang the Head office in South Africa then they said they will look into the problem and I can use my old SIM card for free for 30days and they will ring me back using the 0800…phone number after 20 to 30days but until now they have not rang me.
Question
I applied for sim only the staff who were helping me were wrong people it was fraud so the matter is still being dealt with as i had to go Newcastle upon Tyne Currys to help me. In short i went through phone and Sim fraud.
