I can access eBay but can’t buy or access all photos as for national lottery I can’t access at all

Could you please check whether the adult content filter is turned on or off in your iD Mobile app? If it is enabled, please turn it off and then try accessing the sites again.

Using the iD Mobile app

Open the iD Mobile app
Go to the Plan section
Tap “Manage your iD services”
Find “Adult content filter”
Switch the toggle to OFF
Tap Save to confirm the changes

Using the website (my.idmobile.co.uk)

Log in at my.idmobile.co.uk
Select Plan
Scroll to “Manage your iD services”
Find “Adult content filter”
Toggle it to OFF
Click Save
