I have an eSim that will not activate, which I need to cancel. I have a physical SIM that will not activate until the eSIM has been cancelled. I have been to a Curry's store where I cannot get any help. I have tried the chat but each time I am told I need to speak to an agent, but it will not connect me to an agent. I’m told to “try again later”. I have tried again and again!
I can't activate my physical SIM and every time I try to chat to someone I get old that no-one is able to chat. Can anyone hlep?!
