I can't receive texts from Europe

I have seen previous posts, I checked the bill cap on my sim contract and I have checked that the smcs is correctly set to +447782000800.

This has been a problem from day 1.

 

Can someone from ID Mobile tech support help please?

    Thank you Marquerita, I spent all afternoon yesterday speaking to ID agents on the chat, which kept disconnecting and caused me to waste a lot time repeating myself.  Nothing was resolved. I have now switched to a different provider.
