I get 4g but no signal to make calls, how is this possible?

    Try different browser/ turn off any pop up blocker operating.

    For network issues, put your POSTCODE in on their NETWORK COVERAGE page😄

      Thank you for your message. If you’re getting 4G but cannot make calls, this usually points to a network or handset issue. Here are a few things you can try:

       

      Ensure your phone isn’t in Airplane Mode and that VoLTE (Voice over LTE) is enabled if available.

      Restart your phone to refresh the network connection.

      Try removing and reinserting your SIM card.

      Check your postcode on our Network Coverage page to see if there are any known issues in your area.

      If you’re using a browser to access account services, try switching browsers or turning off any pop-up blockers.
