i can’t make or receive calls

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Restart your handset

2. Refresh your connection

  • Turn Airplane Mode ON for 60 seconds.
  • Turn Airplane Mode OFF and allow the handset to reconnect to the network.

3. Check your signal

  • Ensure you have network bars showing.
  • If possible, test both indoors and outdoors, as coverage can vary by location.

4. Set your handset to 4G only
This can often improve call stability.

iPhone:

  • Settings
  • Mobile Service/Mobile Data
  • Mobile Data Options
  • Voice & Data
  • Select 4G

Android:

  • Settings
  • Connections / Mobile Networks
  • Network Mode
  • Select 4G/LTE

5. Check that Call Barring is disabled

  • Ensure there are no call restrictions enabled within your phone settings.

6. Remove and reinsert your SIM card

  • Power off the handset.
  • Remove the SIM card and reinsert it securely.
  • Restart the device.

7. Check for software updates

  • Install any available system updates for your handset.

8. Reset Network Settings

iPhone:

  • Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings

Android:

  • Settings > System > Reset Options > Reset Wi-Fi, Mobile & Bluetooth

9. Test the SIM in another handset if available
