Thank you for confirming. I’m sorry you’re having difficulty accessing your voicemail, especially as voicemail is showing as enabled on your plan.

If dialling 123 tells you to call from the phone you're already using, this can indicate that the voicemail service hasn't fully activated on the line yet. iD Mobile confirms that voicemail should be accessed by dialling 123 directly from your iD Mobile SIM.

Please try the following:

1. Restart your handset.
2. Make sure the iD Mobile SIM is inserted and connected to the network.
3. Temporarily turn Wi-Fi Calling off.
4. Dial 123 directly from your iD Mobile handset again.
5. If prompted, follow the instructions to set up your voicemail PIN.

If the SIM was activated or your number was recently transferred to iD Mobile, voicemail may take up to 24 hours to become available.

If you're still receiving the same message after trying the above, please let us know and we'll be happy to investigate the voicemail service further.
