I.D Mobile and Mobilephones.com both fobbing me off

I received my new phone started set up but have not received a QR code for my esim so my pho e is useless. Id mobike says thr fault is with Mobile.com and they say id mobile. Nobody wants to tske responsibilty and im being fobbed off by both companies. Phone remains without connectivity.

@Ericstanley66  Welcome log into your account via Web browser or IDMobile app. Once in there you can request for a Esim or Sim replacement.

It will not accept my number. Ive spent all day on phone to both parties with no luck. ID mobile will not send me a code. Both blaming each other

@Ericstanley66  Hi I'm just thinking outside the box here. I take it you have your IDMobile number how about going into a Curry's store to get a physical sim card for now and get it all activated in-house. You'll need proof of ID and you going out your way to go to a store.

I'm going to try and escalate this matter for you to staff members.

Done that also but no joy. My own SIM from a different phone works. But the sim from the store needs to be activated which failed also.
