how do i switch to id mobile from another network if my new id mobile plan has been deactivated

Hi ​@Katie.hanley,

 

If your new iD Mobile plan has already been deactivated, you wouldn’t be able to complete the switch from your previous network onto that line.

 

Normally, to move from another network to iD Mobile, you would request a PAC code from your current provider and then submit that transfer to move your number across.
