I have a new plan with ID I want to transfer the number from my old ID pla to the new one

Hi ​@Gabriel78,

 

At the moment, iD Mobile doesn’t support transferring a number between two separate iD Mobile plans.

 

To keep your existing number, there are only two options:

 

Upgrade your current plan and keep your number on that line, or
Port your number in from a different network (or out to another network and back in, if needed)

 

In your case, since you’ve already taken out a new iD plan, the easiest solution would be to return the new plan and then contact our Sales team so they can help you upgrade your existing account correctly and keep your current number.
