Can you try SIM in a different device to see if you can connect?

Alternatively get a replacement SIM at any CURRY’s.

It may be that the SIM card needs to be activated. Please follow the below steps to do so:

 

To activate your iD Mobile SIM, use the iD Mobile App, log into My Account online, or visit the dedicated SIM activation webpage at my.idmobile.co.uk/activate-sim-outside, entering the 19-digit number from the SIM card holder, or use Live Chat for help if you're new or need a replacement, as new SIMs often come pre-activated or activate within 24 hours.
